I used PathWork initially on WaveLab and Pro Tools when 10 slots of insert was not enough.
Most recently I used it extensively because I saved many effects chains, for example for mixing, for mastering for download, for CD, for Vinyl, etc.
Furthermore when I need to open the project in another DAW, simply I save the optimised effect-chains with the name of the song and of the channel and I can reopen all plugins already set in a moment!
