Built around the powerful amp-modeling technology of Blue Cat's Destructor V2, Free Amp 2.0 delivers next-generation amp models, adds a dedicated bass amp, and now includes built-in reverb from the Axiom multi-effects processor.

The (free) update includes the new Free Amp 2.0, expanded linking capabilities for the Gain Suite plug-ins, and brings to all plug-ins powerful new MIDI control options, improved preset management, multitouch support on Windows, as well as numerous fixes and enhancements.

All eight free plug-ins are still 100% free, with no registration, dongle, or mailing-list subscription required. This is not a limited-time offer either: some of these plug-ins have been available for free for 22 years!

  

Blue Cat's Re-Head 1.4 is now available, with dramatically reduced latency, plus improved GUI and DSP performance.

Blue Cat's Fader Hub 1.4 is now available! This new version brings enhanced plug-in and preset browsing and search, making it easier to find and load the plug-ins and presets you need. Scan third-party plug-ins directly from the plug-in menu, browse and search your plug-in collection, and use full-text search to find presets by plug-in or keyword.

The free update also adds Audio Unit V3 (AUV3) support on macOS, improved network synchronization and latency estimation, Connector Protocol V3 support, and numerous other workflow and performance improvements.
