Network Audio Protocol V2 Released

We are happy to announce a major update of our network audio/MIDI communication protocol, with the release of Blue Cat's Connector 1.4, Freeceiver 1.2 and PatchWork 2.72!

This free update allows the plug-ins and apps to carry up to 32 audio channels for surround and ambisonics streaming, adds network latency compensation and transport/clock synchronization capabilities, improved connection stability and many other improvements.

Connector, our virtual cable plug-in that lets you connect applications together locally or thru the Internet provides the core features of this new protocol. Freeceiver is a free implementation that can receive audio and MIDI signals sent by Connector, and PatchWork, our virtual patchbay for plug-in can be used as a processing server thru the network protocol.

An update for Fader Hub is also expected next month, with groundbreaking new features and enhancements for realtime network collaboration, thanks to this major communication protocol update. A preview of this upcoming update is already available to existing customers.

Free Updates For Axiom, PatchWork, MB-7 Mixer and Late Replies

Happy new year! We are glad to announce the release of free updates for our multi-effect processors capable of hosting third party plug-ins: Blue Cat's PatchWork, MB-7 Mixer, Axiom and Late Replies.

These new versions add presets exploration and morphing capabilities with "Tones Maps" for 9 built-in plug-ins, new presets for the built-in Wah plug-in, as well as several performance improvements and bug fixes (full list on each product page).

As usual, the update can be downloaded from the same location as the original full version (link received by email upon purchase). And if you do not own these plug-ins, they are still on sale (5 to 25% off) until January 10th!
